Order Processing
Each piece is prepared with care. Orders shipped to USA / Canada are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods. Orders delivered outside of USA / Canada will take longer.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Sourcing & Production
auradeadstock operates on a limited, small-batch sourcing model. Each item is carefully selected through our network of trusted global partners to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Rather than mass-producing inventory, we focus on intentional releases and controlled distribution. This approach reduces waste and allows us to maintain a higher standard across all products.

Fulfilment & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through our international partners and shipped using reliable third-party carriers.

Because of our global sourcing model, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. In some cases, orders may arrive sooner or later depending on the shipping method used.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping timelines are variable and not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or Instagram.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to become active.

Delays
While we work closely with our fulfilment partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including customs or carrier disruptions.

Returns & Order Issues
All sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or experience a lost shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
